Tuna Cakes

  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 1/3 cup of egg whites
  • Favorite seasoning

Spoon onto a non-stick grill on medium. Flip when side is brwon. Serve in a pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and sandwich pickles.

Condiments: Mayonaise or mustard.
