Dieting Stir Fry Submitted by: Cabel
I start by chopping my onions celery and carrots and tossing them into an electric frying pan over medium heat with 1/4 cupwater, 1/4 cupsoya sauce and spices. After they begin to soften I add my red pepper, corn and water chestnuts and cook for a few minutes. I'll add the broccoli just acouple of minutes before the rest of the vegetables are ready and cover the fry pan so they soften and cook a little faster. After the vegetables are cooked I will cut my chicken into cubes, I add another 1/4 cup soya sauce and water to the frying pain and more onion and cook my chicken next so I can measure it seperately from the vegetables. Mix together and serve. Vegetables approx 12 cals/oz
fibrous carbs prepared or 4 oz for 1 serving of fibrous.
