Cabel's Dieting Stir Fry

  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Red Pepper
  • Miniature Corn
  • Water Chestnuts
  • Broccoli
  • 3 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Garlic, seasoning salt, paprika

I start by chopping my onions celery and carrots and tossing them into an electric frying pan over medium heat with 1/4 cupwater, 1/4 cupsoya sauce and spices. After they begin to soften I add my red pepper, corn and water chestnuts and cook for a few minutes. I'll add the broccoli just acouple of minutes before the rest of the vegetables are ready and cover the fry pan so they soften and cook a little faster.

After the vegetables are cooked I will cut my chicken into cubes, I add another 1/4 cup soya sauce and water to the frying pain and more onion and cook my chicken next so I can measure it seperately from the vegetables.

Mix together and serve.

Vegetables approx 12 cals/oz fibrous carbs prepared or 4 oz for 1 serving of fibrous.
Chicken approx 50 cals/oz of protein or 2oz for 1 serving of protein
